Tóm tắt: LVTField là ứng dụng GIS di động cho khảo sát thực địa. Chúng tôi KHÔNG bán hoặc chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho mục đích quảng cáo/thương mại. Dữ liệu dự án của bạn được lưu trên thiết bị và Google Drive cá nhân của bạn — chúng tôi không có quyền truy cập.
1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
1.1. Dữ liệu bạn cung cấp
Tài khoản Google: Khi bạn đăng nhập để đồng bộ dữ liệu, chúng tôi dùng Google Sign-In để xác thực. Chỉ truy cập tên, email, ảnh đại diện để hiển thị trong app.
Dữ liệu dự án: Bản đồ, lớp dữ liệu, đối tượng địa lý, ảnh chụp, vệt GPS — lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn.
Dữ liệu lâm nghiệp: Ô tiêu chuẩn (OTC), dữ liệu cây đo, chuyến công tác — lưu cục bộ.
1.2. Dữ liệu tự động
Vị trí GPS: Chỉ dùng khi bạn chủ động bật bản đồ hoặc ghi vệt GPS. KHÔNG gửi lên máy chủ của chúng tôi, trừ khi bạn bật tính năng Nhóm/Live Tracking (xem mục 5).
Ảnh vệ tinh: Yêu cầu tải Sentinel-2 gửi trực tiếp đến API công khai (Element84 STAC, EOX) — không qua máy chủ riêng của chúng tôi.
2. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu
Hiển thị bản đồ và dữ liệu GIS trên thiết bị của bạn
Đồng bộ dữ liệu giữa thiết bị và Google Drive cá nhân của bạn (khi bạn chọn đồng bộ)
Xuất dữ liệu sang các định dạng GIS (GeoJSON, GeoPackage, KML, Excel...)
Tính toán các chỉ số lâm nghiệp (sinh khối, trữ lượng, NDVI...)
3. Quyền truy cập Google Drive
Khi bạn đăng nhập Google và đồng bộ, app tạo thư mục LVTField/ trên Google Drive cá nhân của bạn. Dữ liệu lưu dưới dạng file JSON trong thư mục này. App chỉ xin quyền truy cập những file do chính app tạo ra (phạm vi Google gọi là drive.file) — không đọc được các file/thư mục khác trong Drive của bạn. Chỉ bạn có quyền truy cập thư mục này.
App dùng quyền Google Drive để:
Tạo và đọc thư mục LVTField/ trên Drive của bạn
Upload/download file JSON dữ liệu dự án
Đồng bộ giữa LVTField (di động) và LVT4U (QGIS plugin)
4. Google Sheets
Khi bạn chọn xuất dữ liệu OTC lên Google Sheets, app tạo Spreadsheet trên tài khoản Google của bạn. Chỉ bạn có quyền truy cập file này.
5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi KHÔNG bán hoặc chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn cho mục đích quảng cáo/thương mại. Dữ liệu chỉ rời khỏi thiết bị của bạn khi:
Bạn chủ động chia sẻ file (Excel, GeoJSON...) qua chức năng Share của hệ điều hành
Bạn bật đồng bộ Google Drive — dữ liệu lưu trong thư mục Drive cá nhân của bạn, chỉ bạn truy cập được
Bạn tham gia một Nhóm (Team) hoặc bật Theo dõi vị trí nhóm (Live Tracking) — khi đó tên, email và vị trí GPS theo thời gian thực được lưu tạm thời trên Firebase Realtime Database (hạ tầng do nhà phát triển vận hành, không phải Drive cá nhân của bạn) để hiển thị cho các thành viên khác dùng chung mã nhóm. Dữ liệu này tự xoá khi bạn tắt chia sẻ vị trí hoặc rời nhóm.
6. Lưu trữ dữ liệu
Cục bộ: SQLite database trên thiết bị (thư mục app riêng, không app khác truy cập được)
Đám mây (dữ liệu dự án): Google Drive cá nhân của bạn (chỉ khi bạn chọn đồng bộ) — chúng tôi không có quyền truy cập
Đám mây (chỉ khi dùng Nhóm / Live Tracking): Firebase Realtime Database của nhà phát triển — chỉ chứa tên, email, mã nhóm và vị trí GPS tạm thời, tồn tại trong thời gian bạn đang chia sẻ
7. Bảo mật
Xác thực qua Google OAuth 2.0 (tiêu chuẩn bảo mật Google)
Dữ liệu truyền qua HTTPS
Token xác thực lưu an toàn trên thiết bị
App không yêu cầu mật khẩu riêng — chỉ dùng Google Sign-In
8. Quyền trẻ em
LVTField không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin từ trẻ em.
9. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này. Phiên bản mới sẽ đăng tại trang này với ngày cập nhật mới.
Summary: LVTField is a mobile GIS application for field surveys. We do NOT sell or share your personal data for advertising/commercial purposes. Your project data is stored on your device and your own Google Drive — we have no access to it.
1. Information We Collect
1.1. Data You Provide
Google Account: When you sign in to sync data, we use Google Sign-In for authentication. We only access your name, email, and profile photo for display within the app.
Project Data: Maps, layers, geographic features, photos, GPS tracks — stored locally on your device.
Forestry Data: Sample plots (OTC), tree measurements, field trips — stored locally.
1.2. Automatic Data
GPS Location: Only used when you actively enable map features or GPS track recording. NOT sent to our servers, except when you enable Team/Live Tracking (see section 5).
Satellite Imagery: Sentinel-2 requests go directly to public APIs (Element84 STAC, EOX) — not proxied through our own servers.
2. How We Use Data
Display maps and GIS data on your device
Sync data between your device and your personal Google Drive (when you choose to sync)
Export data to GIS formats (GeoJSON, GeoPackage, KML, Excel...)
Calculate forestry indices (biomass, volume, NDVI...)
3. Google Drive Access
When you sign in and sync, the app creates a LVTField/ folder on your personal Google Drive and stores data as JSON files inside it. The app only requests access to files it creates itself (the scope Google calls drive.file) — it cannot read any other file or folder in your Drive. Only you can access this folder.
The app uses Google Drive access to:
Create and read the LVTField/ folder on your Drive
Upload/download project data JSON files
Sync between LVTField (mobile) and LVT4U (QGIS plugin)
4. Google Sheets Access
When you export OTC data to Google Sheets, the app creates a Spreadsheet in your Google account. Only you have access to this file.
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell or share your data for advertising/commercial purposes. Data only leaves your device when:
You actively share files (Excel, GeoJSON...) through the OS share function
You enable Google Drive sync — data is stored in your own Drive folder, accessible only to you
You join a Team or enable Live Tracking — in that case, your name, email, and real-time GPS position are temporarily stored on Firebase Realtime Database (infrastructure operated by the developer, not your personal Google Drive) so other members sharing the same team code can see them. This data is automatically removed when you stop sharing your location or leave the team.
6. Data Storage
Local: SQLite database on your device (in a private app directory)
Cloud (project data): Your personal Google Drive (only when you choose to sync) — we have no access to it
Cloud (only when using Team / Live Tracking): the developer's Firebase Realtime Database — holds only name, email, team code, and a temporary GPS position for as long as you're sharing

Citra Satelit: Permintaan Sentinel-2 dikirim langsung ke API publik (Element84 STAC, EOX) — tidak melalui server kami sendiri.
2. Bagaimana Kami Menggunakan Data
Menampilkan peta dan data GIS di perangkat Anda
Menyinkronkan data antara perangkat Anda dan Google Drive pribadi Anda (saat Anda memilih untuk sinkronisasi)
Mengekspor data ke format GIS (GeoJSON, GeoPackage, KML, Excel...)
Saat Anda masuk dan menyinkronkan, aplikasi membuat folder LVTField/ di Google Drive pribadi Anda dan menyimpan data sebagai file JSON di dalamnya. Aplikasi hanya meminta akses ke file yang dibuatnya sendiri (cakupan yang disebut Google sebagai drive.file) — tidak dapat membaca file atau folder lain di Drive Anda. Hanya Anda yang dapat mengakses folder ini.
Aplikasi menggunakan akses Google Drive untuk:
Membuat dan membaca folder LVTField/ di Drive Anda
Mengunggah/mengunduh file JSON data proyek
Menyinkronkan antara LVTField (seluler) dan LVT4U (plugin QGIS)
4. Akses Google Sheets
Saat Anda mengekspor data OTC ke Google Sheets, aplikasi membuat Spreadsheet di akun Google Anda. Hanya Anda yang memiliki akses ke file ini.
5. Berbagi Data
Kami TIDAK menjual atau membagikan data Anda untuk tujuan iklan/komersial. Data hanya meninggalkan perangkat Anda saat:
Anda secara aktif membagikan file (Excel, GeoJSON...) melalui fungsi Share sistem operasi
Anda mengaktifkan sinkronisasi Google Drive — data disimpan di folder Drive Anda sendiri, hanya dapat diakses oleh Anda
Anda bergabung dengan Tim atau mengaktifkan Live Tracking — dalam hal ini, nama, email, dan posisi GPS real-time Anda disimpan sementara di Firebase Realtime Database (infrastruktur yang dioperasikan oleh pengembang, bukan Google Drive pribadi Anda) agar anggota lain yang berbagi kode tim yang sama dapat melihatnya. Data ini otomatis dihapus saat Anda berhenti berbagi lokasi atau keluar dari tim.
6. Penyimpanan Data
Lokal: Database SQLite di perangkat Anda (dalam direktori aplikasi privat)
Cloud (data proyek): Google Drive pribadi Anda (hanya saat Anda memilih untuk sinkronisasi) — kami tidak memiliki akses ke sana
